1. LISTEN UP
*Through the gospels and Revelation, Jesus tells "Him who has ears, hear". Overcoming our temptations, our sinfulness, and our filth has a lot to do with how well we LISTEN to Spirit of God speaking to us.
(Proverbs 8:34)
2. SHUT UP
*We gain wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and perspective as we listen, but it is impossible to listen when we never stop speaking. Furthermore, when we speak, we must make sure we are speaking the truth, wisdom, love, grace, and hope of Christ into the circumstances and hearts of those around us. We cannot waste time speaking from our own flesh and thoughts.

3. GIVE UP
*Nothing within our sinful nature will draw us closer to God! It is filth and wicked and God will have NOTHING to do with it. We must give it up in order to draw close to God!
(Proverbs 26:11)
4. STEP UP
*Once we've learned to listen, be quiet, and surrender, we must start DOING! It is not enough to BELIEVE the work of the Father is good. We must be active in accomplishing the work of God. If God has called us to it, we CAN do it!
